Final Major Project - Storyboard

To display the potential of the interactive media a script was developed with a storyboard to help develop this into a final piece. This represents the potential of the interactive media display and what is accomplished in terms of describing the products and company.

Final Major Project - Exhibition Stand

The exhibition stand itself was themed around the idea of discovery. To emphasis this simplicity was kept in mind – the main draw for the consumer is the video display which would display three dimensional slides and key words working with the above title “Discover” and the interactive media prompting customers to discover the work for themselves.

Final Major Project - Additional Packaging

Packaging had been developed for each of the product types, separated visually by colour but following a consistent design that aims towards universality. Each of the boxes contains a number of pre-packaged cartridges which slot into the tip of the pen.

Final Major Project - Pen

To accompany the companies ideals a pen was developed with ergonomic design considered.  The pen was first constructed out of modelling clay to develop a comfortable size, weight and position for holding appropriate for the demanding needs of surgical practices.

Final Major Project - Brochure

A brochure was developed as part of the collateral for the exhibition stand. The front page has an indent cut out to reveal imagery on the secondary page to emphasis the ideas of layers in 3D printing.

Final Major Project - Logo

For my final major project I created a series of work based around an exhibition stand for a medical company producing pens which could 3D print organic substitute material onto living organic material – In other words regeneration in liquid form.

The identity I proposed for the company using triangles as a theme for their precision and stark bold quality.
